Object could not be deleted because it is associated with another object: ProgramStageInstance

When I try to delete the tracker capture app I get an error saying in programe management this error appears.

“Object could not be deleted because it is associated with another object: ProgramStageInstance”

Please advice

Please how are you trying to delete this app? Could you mention the steps to reproduce this on any of the play.dhis2.org instances?
