no years in drop down in IE

Any ideas on how to get the years to show up in IE? I’m using Chrome, but of course many users will be using IE. I can select a dataset fine, but when I try to select a year, it’s blank. Pasted below is the error message that I get from IE.

Thanks,

Tom

Thanks, Lars. It looks like an issue with compatibility view in IE (perhaps you knew this...) I'm even having the same issue with the demo on DHIS2.org. When compatibility view is off it works, but on it does not.

We're putting in the latest build now anyway.

Thanks,
Tom

Hi,

Someone just asked me why Organisation Unit Pruning was removed from the data admin section in the latest 2.7 and where it is now. I'm clueless. Please, who knows?

Thanks,
Ime

Hi Ime,

it has been removed as it was buggy and from what I understood not much in use.

Okay, I think I have it figured out again. The reaches of compatibility view were further than I before realized.

Thanks,

Tom

Dear Lars,

The mysterious missing periods is back with a vengeance! This time, no amount of compatibility view tweaking seems to make a difference. Perhaps it’s a different problem, because the demo site works fine, but my site does not. Do you have any idea why this might be?

Thanks,

Tom

Okay, thanks for the info. I guess there is no reason to use the

compatibility view with DHIS.

Thanks, Lars. It looks like an issue with compatibility view in IE (perhaps you knew this…) I’m even having the same issue with the demo on DHIS2.org. When compatibility view is off it works, but on it does not.

We’re putting in the latest build now anyway.

Thanks,

Tom

Hi Tom,

what version of DHIS are you using? I think this has been fixed in the

latest 2.7 stable build. You can download it from here:

Any ideas on how to get the years to show up in IE? I’m using Chrome, but of

course many users will be using IE. I can select a dataset fine, but when I

try to select a year, it’s blank. Pasted below is the error message that I

get from IE.

Thanks,

Tom
