No profile form is shown

I can not view the profile form since yesterday.

Are you using the Tracker Capture app or the Capture app? Does it appear like this on both the Tracker Capture app and the Capture app? Please try to use a different browser in incognito mode, if it works then please clear the cache using the Browser Cache Cleaner app and try again.

We might need to check the configuration of the program, and please check if there are any errors in the Console & Network tabs from your Browser Developer Tools (F12). BTW, what version of DHIS2 are you using?

Another thing you could check is if your user has access to the Tracked Entity Attributes and the Tracked Entity type, through the sharing settings of both.
