For the global HISP team, we are in the process of overhauling our
full project infrastructure by the principle that we don't wish to
administer it ourselves, but rely on professional providers of such
services. The first steps was to move the current mailinglists, and
move the source code and issue tracking to Launchpad.
The next step is moving the wiki. We are currently using Confluence at
hisp.info. I suggest we move to a MediaWiki hosted by the University
of Oslo - in the process thoroughly refactoring the structure and
loosing all the old outdated cruft that has accumulated over 4 years,
while of course preserving a lot of valuable content.
Later, we also want to set up a CMS like Joomla or Drupal.
