Hello Nasiru,

Your decision to use DHIS2 for data collection, analysis and storage is a perfect one.

You’ll need a server (either Cloud or Local) with either Windows or Linux OS depending on the expertise of you have.

After setting up, your instance, you’ll need to design your database (Organisation units - Reporting units, Elements, Datasets etc)

There are a lot of documentations online to guide you on the design.

You may wish to contact us for necessary support as we have been providing roll out and backstopping support for programs that might wish to deploy the DHIS for core M&E functions.

Regards

Dear Nasiru,

We are happy to guide you through the process of starting up with DHIS2 as an M&E system for your organization.

And we can conduct training for your teams in all W4H states as well.

We can setup a demonstration installation with a sample form for your evaluation to allow you understand the system better, with free cloud hosting for you for the first 6 months since you are a nonprofit program in Nigeria.

If you are in or near Abuja, we can meet up at your convenience or you can call me from Kano.

Best regards,

Ime
