My program rules not working on android capture

I changed servers from 2.29 (all the rules were working) to 2.31 but the android capture is not supported with the 2.31 so i moved to 2.30 and now not a single program rule is working on the android capture, i have tried on the 1.1.0 and 1.0.5

Hi,

There has been problems with Prog Rules in both 1.1.0 and 1.1.1 (the latest release) - 1.2.0 is now in its test phase and should be released soon. Hopefully those Prog Rule issues will be fixed there.
