Is it possible to monitor whether there are users entering data in dhis2? I mean looking for last data entered.

Hi,

One solution is to use the e-mail notification, when the form is marked as complete by the Data Manager you will receive a notification e-mail.

The easiest way is probably with the Data Statistics

https://apps.dhis2.org/demo/dhis-web-maintenance-dataadmin/viewStatistics.action

which will tell you how much data has been entered over the past few days, as well as some other useful information.

Just choose Data Administration from the apps, and then “Data Statistics” from the menu on the left.
