As you have probably noticed there haven’t been any emails to our mailing list on code commits to the trunk branch since January 7th.
That doesn’t mean we are not coding on DHIS 2 any more!
Launchpad seems to have upgraded and are experiencing some issues at the moment.
Our dhis2-devs team (the mailing list team) is no longer subscribed to the trunk branch and for some odd reason is not allowed to subscribe there any more.
I have contacted the launchpad team and hope for a quick solution.
In the meantime you can follow all changes to the trunk branch here:
I have made upgrade from 2.9 to 2.10 Build version 9124 of Jan 12, 2013.
Surprisingly, some of report tables are not pulling out data values. As a results i get blank reports.
I have also got many errors when the system is getting started. See the errors messages here http://pastebin.com/E5Z4Ayxt
Specifically, i am worried by these two error messages:
(1) com.mysql.jdbc.exceptions.jdbc4.MySQLSyntaxErrorException: You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that
corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near ‘,zimbabwerbf.organisationunit.comment=null,zimbabwerbf.`organisationuni’ at line 1
and
(2) com.mysql.jdbc.exceptions.jdbc4.MySQLSyntaxErrorException: You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL
server version for the right syntax to use near ‘,zimbabwerbf.dataelement.valuetype=‘int’,zimbabwerbf.dataelement.`num’ at line 1
is there any of the Indian developers who have experienced something similar on MySQL and have something to share?
The tracker modules still see some database changes and I am not sure if the upgrade scripts are well tested on mysql.

It was last updated on 2011-07-08 by one of great DHIS 2 core developer and might include updates according to DHIS 2.10 mile stone release, but i am not pretty much sure actually, lets it should be more clear by Jason, Morten and Mithilesh Kumar Thakur, one of open source Indian DHIS2 Core Developer, we can aspect Mithilesh might be faced such scenario given in trail mail during functional / technical testing of DHIS 2.10 release in India overseas.
