I need your help for an issue I’m facing 
I’ve added a custom Attribute to the user profil and everything keeps working fine. But when I edit any given user profile by adding a value to the custom attribute, the user cannot login again. If I remove back the value, the user can login again.

Sorry to hear you are facing this issue, what version of DHIS2 are you using? Could you try to login again using the browser Guest mode to see if you face the same issue (to eliminate the browser cache issue)?
I tried to reproduce this in a play.dhis2.org instance but I was able to login using the user with a custom attribute.
Are you able to reproduce this issue in any of the play.dhis2.org instance?

I’m using DHIS2 2.41.
In my production instance it’s working fine, the issue is from my local/dev where I’ve restored my production db. Maybe the error is from some broken data or data structure during database restore.
I’ll try on a clean restore.
