Can we change this to DEBUG?

Getting a ton in the logs when the SMS service is active

Hi Jason,

it seems HTTPGateway is a smslib class which we cannot change (if I am
not mistaken). In that regard you can configure a different log4j
category in log4j.properties in dhis-web-commons-resources with
something like

log4j.category.smslib = WARN
