List of employees name not appear on some laptops (urgent)

I am facing a problem, as on some laptops the list of employees appears well. but in some others the list does not appear as attached two photos.
application: capture.
type: event.

Please open the page using Browse Chrome as a guest - Computer - Google Chrome Help. Do you still see an issue? If the browser you are using is up-to-date, please try another browser such as Firefox, do you see the same issue?
