John just suggested that predefined legend sets rather than automatic legend sets should be assigned to indicators (and data elements!). This makes sense to me.
Then, my question is whether automatic legend sets are still needed? Note that I am talking about automatic legend sets. The automatic legend options will still be available in the thematic map panel.
