Hi everyone,
I am testing on the sample page at https://apps.dhis2.org/demo/dhis-web-dashboard-integration/index.action
When I select Vietnamese, then log in to system, then see English instead of Vietnamese will be used on all UI items as expect
Usually I think that if select Vietnamese then all the pages will use Vietnamese language for presentation rather than English by default
Did I misunderstood somewhere? anyone know could you please help and explain me for how to see the page translated to the selected language?

Hello Liem,
I agree very much that the selection on the front page is confusing - I never understood how it is supposed to work or whether it is working at all.
However, once you log in you can select your language for either your own profile or for the system as a whole (if you are administrator).

Concretely: Go to Profile → Settings for your personal choice.
Not sure if the second (default) setting is available any longer (could not see it under Apps → Settings)

I have just found out the way to change language as your describe.
As you said, only administrator can change so he will do for all members rather than each member can select what he want
