I moved a database from one server to another, and both servers ran the same version (2.38.2) of DHIS2. But after restoring the database on the new server, we noticed the data was of a file type when we clicked on it. It appeared as shown in the image below.
Interesting question as I’ve not seen this issue before. I notice the message “The content is being processed and is not available yet. Try again later.”
Is it possible that the server requires more time, or maybe clearing application cache and restarting the instances?

It didn’t work by clearing the application cache and restarting the instances.
In this case, the inquiry is whether the stored files are located within the database or in a particular folder on the server. Therefore, we need to move the folder with the database in this situation.
