Issue in upgrade the database from 2.40 to 2.42

Dear Team while I am trying to upgrade database from 2.40 to 2.42 it upgraded 2.41 successfully but from 2.41 to 2.42.5.1 i have a issue related to
“ERROR 2026-08-01T06:33:22,034 Migration of schema “public” to version “2.42.25 - Migrate event change logs” failed! Changes successfully rolled back. (Log4j2Log.java [main])” i have total records in trackedentitydatavalueaudit ~995
Please suggest how can i upgrade the database in 2.42

Additionally, if you still face these issues, would you kindly check your Catalina.out log and look for the SQL queries that are failing and copy their log.
