*Requirement specification (we have all seen the 3 use cases from India, Vietnam and Zanzibar)
*Design Issues of CBHIS (a lot has been said already, please read up on today’s and earlier e-mails)
*Time frame (India, Vietnam, TZ/Malawi should have an idea of when the system needs to be ready for use)
*Technology (also here a lot has been said already. This needs to be limited to CBHIS discussions, and we will have to dedicate another call and other discussions to more general updating of DHIS 2 frameworks and architecture, portal architecture etc.)
*Coding layout (also here a lot has been said, so read up)
*Other? (if you have anyting here please share with us on e-mail before the chat)

How we do it
Abyot and I agreed that I will chair the skype conference following the agenda Abyot sent out. I’ll do my best to let everyone share their views, but will also try to make sure we don’t drift away from the agenda, so that we can keep it effective and not too long (1 hour should be enough). The more you read up and prepare your views beforehand the better and more effective will the discussions be.
Normally skype conference calls (voice) turn out to be difficult when a lot of people are connected and some with poor bandwidth. But we can try of course.
If it doesn’t work we do text-base chat, in a somewhat controlled manner. That way we also get a log.
