It happens in the demo as well, so I attach screen shots from the demo, having accessed with a “data entry clerk” role user. For what i´ve seen, it only happens in Data Entry.
Yes, this happens because of the way we do offline caching. When you switch users in DHIS2, you really should clear the cache properly. Its not usually a problem for the end-user which only uses one login, but it will be a problem for system admins etc.

I dindt think about that because it was only happening for data entry and not data quality, for instance… :S
