Importing big Option Sets from CSV

I need to import the ICD10 codes list into an Option set. Is there a
way to do it importing the Options directly from a CSV file?

Hi Iuri,

yes it is, have a look here and scroll down to “option sets”:

Hi Iuri

Here is the list in CSV in case you need it.

ICD10 codelist.csv

You can import this using the meta data import functionality within DHIS2.

There is a section in the docs that describes import of csv metadata in the developer manual section 1.10

Thank you very much Shurajit! By the way, there are 14240 entries in
you file, but the importer says that only less than 9000 of them were
imported. Did it happen to you as well?

I fixed it: all text values should be surrounded by "
