Import/Export app - TEI import 'Dry run' is actually importing data

I’m testing TEI import using the data import/export app and noticed that ‘Dry run’ is actually importing and updating data. I’ve added to Jira but just a heads up to anyone else using it. Not sure if other import features are affected or if it’s only TEI related.

I experienced the same behavior when importing some aggregate metadata. (v2.40.5)
