Looks you are using an old build that was created in January, 2019.
Try updating the war file to the latest version.
I am assuming you are using file or image data types with event/tracker data collection.

yes we are using in tracker capture
you mean this error is because of old version?
in 2.30 we cant use file or image???
you say we update to 2.32 version?

Update to the latest build of 2.31.
I was not able to replicate this issue on the demo sites that is why I am suggesting you update your build.
NOTE: Before you do an update, you might want to make sure everything else works accordingly.
In short, do a test of the build before you install it on production.
