Hello guys. I have installed a DHIS2 instance on a windows 11 OS with tomcat and Postgres. Since some days there are some users that have the following error shown in the shared screenshot below. The DHIS2 instance is at 2.40.3 no update since months, no changes on the profiles of the users facing this issue. What can be the possible issue and how do I resolve it please?
- Check in System → Access → User Roles that the affected users’ roles include the authorities Dashboard and View Dashboard.
- Test with another browser or clear the cache to rule out a local issue.
- Review the Tomcat logs (catalina.out) to see if any authorization errors are reported.
- Compare the roles of affected users with those who do not face the issue.
- If necessary, temporarily assign a broader role (e.g., Superuser) to confirm whether the problem is related to permissions.
