How to use 'marked for follow-up'

Hello everyone,

I have community health system to track around a population of 30K.

Trying to figure out how to ‘Mark to follow up’ feature on the tracker dashboard.

Although I mark certain patients as ‘Marked to follow-up’, I don’t how they are highlighted either in upcoming events or in any other lists.

I see a check box ‘Show only marked for followup’ in the upcoming events list, but when I check it on, these marked patients are still not showing up.

Documentation does not address this. Please advice how to use this feature.
