Is there some way to define a element input mode as multi-select checkbox?

only found option for defining input as radio button.

Hi Easy,

This has been a much requested feature, but its currently not possible. I would suggest that you define all of your options as boolean/true false data elements, and then use a custom HTML form to implement the multi-select box.
