According to my limited knowledge to achieve this, you create a program stage. Although I created a program stage as shown below. it has no effect on the capture app(shown above).
Could you assist me with this one?

This is not possible as far as I know.
Attribute combinations are used to provide additional dimension to datasets and are not applicable to tracker programs. See here.
Can you explain your use case further, then you may receive some suggestions to use as workaround.
