Setting up SSL for DHIS2 is not different than setting for any other website or web application. You have some information in the official guide: System Administration Guide - DHIS2 Documentation or you could use the GitHub - bobjolliffe/dhis2-tools-ng: Next generation dhis2-tools
The important thing to remark is that you will need a domain name that can be linked to that certificate.
