Dear Kayode,
this will happen automatically. Data elements of type yes/no are
displayed in reports as the count of "yes" values.
If the data element has been given the "average" aggregation operator,
the result will be displayed as a percentage value where the numerator
is the count of "yes" values and the denominator is the total count of
values.
