How configure case base or patient base in dhis2? We want each patient info to be stored?

Hi @mrjavedakram,

Kindly provide more information on your use case, which DHIS2 version you are using, what kind of patient info you want to collect and is it just once or the information will be collected at different levels/stages.

Thanks for your response

We would like to collect patient information like patient name, national ID card number, disease and its stage, diagonestic and recommended medicine.
