I’d like to know if there’s any African county that has implemented a Tracker on HIV/AIDS. In case there’s a demo kindly share.

Here are a couple of stories describing projects in Liberia and Zimbabwe. Ghana and Rwanda both have HIV Trackers, and perhaps @adolphe or @Kwame could provide more detail for those.

We also have toolkits for HIV Case Surveillance and HIV Prevention that can be useful.
