Would it be possible to change the default GIS background map provider from Google to OpenStreetMaps (initial checkbox tick at GIS app and dashboard maps) or even completely disable Google Maps?

On the other hand, the default map should now be a lot faster than before, so hopefully the need to turn it off isn’t there anymore even on slow connections.
