Failed to update the event in the server

Hi,

I have created one auto filled data element in tracker using program rule. I receive "failed to update the event in the server message when to complete that event. I also tried to look at error through inspect but I could not resolve the error. The screenshot is below:

Please suggest steps to resolve this.
