Hi,

We have been facing down time because of the below error

Failed to get jar file: jar:file:/var/lib/tomcat/webapps/ROOT/WEB-INF/lib/dhis-service-core-2.33.3.jar!/i18n_global.properties

What is causing this? Thanks in advance.
