Failed to flush BatchHandler

Does anyone know about this issue. When I running DHIS server on my local computer. I got this Issue “Failed to flush BatchHandler”

Please feel free to share info that is required for support: version number of the DHIS2 instance you are using, error log, and maybe a screenshot?
