Event reports not working ?

Hi Everyone,

I’m working on tracker/event capture form (single event without registration). The form already done and I can entry data from the web form and android data capture app.
The data appear in the event capture list but when I go to event reports I can’t display the data, always “no values found” message appear, any suggestion ? thx

Hi

After you entered the data, did you remember to run the analytics process? reports → analytics

Yes I already did run analytics process but still no values found, and trying change between Aggregated values and Indidual cases in event reports still no values .

Now I’m still using version 2.18
