Event reports: Display yes as yes?

Hello,
In event reports and on dashboards, it seems like if the tracker data element value type is “yes only”, a yes displays as 1, whereas if the value type is “yes/no”, it displays as yes or no (not 1 and 0).
I would like yes only data elements to display as yes. Anyone know if that’s possible to do?
