Event Report Starting Issue

Dear all
While opening “Event Report” it stacks on loading stage, what is the problem? What shall I do? Please have a look at the screenshot

Please try to open the incognito/private mode in your browser and see you still face the issue? If the issue is gone, please try to clear the browser cache.

It also seems that you are using an outdated version what version are you using? Please update to one of the latest supported versions (2.37.4 - 2.36.9 - 2.35.12)
