Event Data Entry Forms Not Opening in New Capture App

Hi community,
Was this issue solved? I have encountered the same since last week; i am using version 2.30.
I don’t use any customs forms but the data entry can’t open.
Can anyone help?

This is still true for us in 2.33.4. To clarify though, the fix above is relevant even if your form isn’t a custom form; the fix worked for us with basic forms and sectioned forms

Currently testing an upgrade from 2.30 to 2.35.6 and just came across this issue with Event data entry forms - it looks like it was never resolved. Is there a jira ticket open to vote for?

@Guerra-Arias_Maria , I’m sorry you are facing an issue! The Jira issue was marked as Resolved in 04/Dec/20 for Version/s: [2.33.7], [2.35.1], [2.34.3], so you are using 2.35.6 and facing this exactly same issue? I will ask for support, thanks! (:

That is correct - I was able to resolve it using the steps shared by @joakim (many thanks!).
