Event Capture - Program not selected

Dear all,

I have my instance which was upgrade from 2.15 to 2.16 (R 16414). I try to use event capture module . But the selection list for the program is empty, even-though my instance has two programme . No errors found in log file.

Let me know if you have any idea why this might be happening.

Hi,

If you are using chrome, did you see any thing from the console? Try F12 to access the console.

Also check the following:

  1. make sure your programs are of type “Single event without registration”

  2. make sure your programs are assigned to the orgunit you are accessing

My program is Multiple event with registration.

Is it only for single event without registration? Are there anything for Multiple event with registration?

It is working on tracker capture.

But my requirement is to take printout of list of patients, it is lacking in tracker capture. Anyway this is a good option.
