Event Capture is not storing all values? (cache issue?)

dear devs,

Not sure if event capture app is working. Many times I am introducing values for all dataelements, but when I try to open the events, some datavalues have gone (also they are not appearing in analytics). See the picture below, I have introduced values for all Data Elements, but the 50% of them have dissapeared. Cache issue I think (if happens around 10 minutes after the data is entered).

Any ideas? It is urgent for us (PSI)!

I don’t remember any change we have made to stop what has been working.
