Greetings

We were implementing DHIS2 event capture for immunization supportive supervision data collection and analysis.

Now we are facing challenges regarding number of data entry per facility per quarter. The intention was to enter only one entry per quarter per facility , however the system has no option to limit multiple entries of a single facility in the same quarter. This creates a problem in the data analysis as it counts all the entries for analysis.

Is there any recommendation to fix this challenge ?
Please advise

Hello Michael,

This is definitely an aggregate data collection where you’ll design a data set for supportive supervision and set the reporting period to quarterly. You can’t achieve this using events.

The challenge in the aggregate is ,most of the data elements in the SS tool are not numbers. It has texts , drop down options …

You can create the drop down options using option sets.
