Error while inserting chart in dashboard

Hi again,

we are not able to show maps in the dashboard in Colombia pilot instance, we get an image icon instead.

I´m following the same steps that I´ve followed before without having any problem.

This is what we get in the log when clearing and inserting the chart:

  • INFO 2012-11-28 16:36:34,349 Cleared area ‘chartArea2’ (ClearAreaAction.java [http-bio-8080-exec-7])

  • INFO 2012-11-28 16:36:46,343 Sat item ‘2618’ on area ‘chartArea1’ (SetAreaItemAction.java [http-bio-8080-exec-4])

Please find attached a screenshot with the dashboard and the java console after inserting.

Any idea on where are we wrong?

Do the charts work?

You may be missing the fonts in your server.

try

sudo apt-get install ttf-dejavu ttf-liberation

Charts worked fine in the Data Visualizer...

and after installing those packages they work int he dashboard as well...
