Please note that i have tried to create a section for my program (program stage session) and i got the below error.
Sorry! The system failed to execute the operation. Usually, no data is lost and you can continue working by going back to the previous page.

Sorry you got this error. Unfortunately, the message itself only tells us something went wrong - in order to find out what, one would need to look at the log from the server (Tomcat).
