Error sync data from android Tracker Capture to dhis2

Dear all,
I am using android to create new patient and do a sync to dhis2.
but I got the error on dhis2 in console and tracker capture is still loading list of patient.
do you know how to fix this problem?
Datatabase: postgresql v10
dhis2: v2.31
