I have installed a local instance of DHIS2 and created a tracker program. The tracker program works as expected on my local DHIS2 instance. However, when I try to synchronize this local instance with the DHIS2 Capture mobile app over the same network (connected via a firewall), I encounter an issue. The app opens successfully, but during synchronization, it repeatedly prompts me to sync again and again. This issue is also visible in the screenshot.
Thank you for your report. Is it possible for you to send a screenshot of the error log (either tapping on the message “to explore” or by going to the menu>settings>open sync error log)?

the error shows that the import report wasn’t generated in the server, which may be caused by an unexpected error during the import. It is hard to identify the error without looking at the server logs. There is a possible cause that we have recently identify (this one) and that was fixed in v41.2. Which DHIS2 version are you using?
