Using version 2.31, for event program with dates.
When running event report (event: show individual event overview) to generate a line list
and downloading the line list as csv file, for all orgunits,
We obtain different dates values. For example: date of admission entered as 02 Jan 2019 is shown after downloading as 19 Oct 2019.
But when downloading the line list for specific organisation unit, the data is shown correctly.
