Error creating user account 2.27

I am trying to create an account in a 2.27 instance, but the system just hangs.

Below is the console message I am getting and wondering if this had happened before.

From what I can read here I don’t think this is related to the other bug your reported on Jira. I quickly looked through the User-related issues on Jira and could not find this reported anywhere.

To those that experienced this problem:

Please create a new bug-issue on Jira under the DHIS2 project. Please include the server-log if possible for when this problem occurs.

Are you still experiencing this error?

As I’ve found that if you go to the Settings > Zccess and then reselect the ‘Minimum characters in password’.

Once the settings are updated, you will be able to add users and reset passwords.
