Does the configuration in the screenshot below work? Select User Group and then make sure that ‘Notify users in hierarchy only’ so that only the users who are in that org. unit will be notified.
Thank you so much for your reply. I will try this out. If selecting this checkbox “Notify users in hierarchy only” will send email notification the list of selected users who are belong that Org. Unit and Org. Group will work for us.
