Email for Program stage notification

Dear All,
I have go through a 2 years old conversation about this but it actually not working for me,
I have done all their steps like setting up email, enable email notification, set scheduler, wait for midnight for the schedule analytics but nothing happening if I use “Organization unit contact”, but it is working if I use “Users of the organization unit” as its gave me internal message and email notification into my email.
Can anyone help me what else I need to set.

Have you gone through the DHIS2 Documentation on this? If yes, I’m also Copying my colleague @Emma_Kassy who will have an in depth look at your configuration.

Qn: Does “Organization unit contact” get an internal message?
Please provide dhis2 version and build you are using.

Hi @Emma_Kassy
If i select notificationRecipient as USERS_AT_ORGANISATION_UNIT, I got internal message and message in my mail I gave to the user account,
But for ORGANISATION_UNIT_CONTACT no internal message and no message in my mail as well.
My dhis2 version is 2.28
What do you mean by build, is it like “https://”
