Dears,
I faced a problem with (Yes only) format for data element,
When data entry click the check box, data has been duplicated in repots,
I use simple data set for test and use to data element one (Yes only) and the other (option set) and enter on entry form in one day
But the data from yes only format sill duplicated
I use dhis2 version: 2.21
