I’m asking about to set options in a drop down list in event capture.
I have set data element with option set with unique code, but it doesn’t display in data entry option.

Great to have you here 
Please share a screenshot of the data elements and the option set settings to see how you have configured them.
You can try clearing your dhis2 browser cache too and see if it shows.
