Download over 1000 TEIs to android device

With our tracker, we have organization units which have over 3000 tracked entity instances. What happens is at the point of logging into the android capture app, the 3000 tracked entity instances are not downloaded. When we finally get into the system, we have to tap one by one to download which is hectic as there are over 3000 tracked entity instances.

Is it possible to have a select all button in there?

Hi @dkusiima,

Is this for one org Unit or several Organization Units? then - have you have seen the limits on the TEI on the mobile devices’? When you go to Home then Settings, you will see that it has limits to 500 TEI (I think it’s per Org Unit*) - Cc @Emma_Kassy

It is for a single org unit. I tried changing the limits to 5000 however, I am still facing the same issue.

Hi @dkusiima, please try these steps in this order:

  1. Get into the app.
  2. Change the limit to 3000 (exactly what you had done so far)
  3. In Settings, click on “Remove data”
  4. Then click on Sync Data

Does it download more than 500 teis?
